WARRANTY & REPAIRS

We warrant our jewelry to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If your piece is found defective under normal use and care, we will repair or replace it at our discretion at no charge.

This warranty does not cover: moisture, liquid, or chemical exposure (including perfume and lotions); prolonged exposure to sunlight; mishandling, bending, or abrasion; normal wear; third-party alterations or repairs; or loss and theft. Damage resulting from misuse may affect eligibility for repair or warranty coverage. To submit a claim, contact us at the email address below within the warranty period with proof of purchase and a description and photo of the issue.
